Jamie t's acoustic suggestions

Postby BlakeEverhart » Wed Nov 04, 2009 5:34 pm

So 'Bugle" and I think its about time we get the man himself to interact with the forum. After trying to find the acoustic rendition of Here's Ya Getaway we decided to try and push the idea of asking the forum to suggest a song for jamie to do acoustically and possibly release on the website. It wouldn't be too time consuming on his part and it would be a fun way to interact. So whether or not that happens, what song do we wanna hear acoustically?

I vote 368. I hope on bass too, i think it would be beautiful

I'd say yes because Ben Bones pops up on here sometimes to moan about needing shoes or something...

I didnt particulary mean his own songs, I also meant acoustic covers, I think we should get Jamie T rocking The La's There She Goes acoustically aey..... from his own songs though I think 368 would be awsomeee.

do you think he'll be playing many solo-acoustic gigs in this day and age though? i really really hope he keeps doing them.

i'd like him to do an acoustic cover of Lily Allen's Not Fair. i think it would sound great!

I would love a rendition of Galway Girl (acoustic or not).... i always felt that song would be great with a little bit of a punk edge.
